Routinewheel

Privacy

Short version: the app keeps everything on your PC and sends nothing to us. Last updated 14 October 2026.

The Routinewheel app

Routinewheel has no account and collects no personal information. Your jobs, settings, recordings, pictures and run history are saved in your own folder on your PC. They are not sent to us or anyone else.

Speech is recognised on your PC, either by Windows or by an optional voice pack. Audio is not sent online.

The app connects to the internet only when you ask it to download the optional voice pack. That download is checked against its published files before it's used.

When you share a job, Routinewheel prepares an email in your own mail program. Nothing is sent until you press Send.

If you report a problem, the report is saved on your PC. It only reaches us if you choose to email it.

Routinewheel for Teams

In a company install, copies of your jobs may be saved to a shared folder your company controls, so its admin can help and share good jobs. Your company decides this, and the app tells you what your admin can see. We never receive those files.

Company sign-in

If you sign in on the company page, Microsoft tells us your name, your work email address and which organisation you belong to. That is only kept in a cookie on your own browser for up to 8 hours, so the page knows which company files to show. We don't store it. The site's log keeps your email domain (like example.com) and your organisation's ID for a short time, so we can check that only the right company gets in.
