How Routinewheel has grown
Every release makes your repeat jobs easier to set up, safer to run and more likely to just work. Here's what each one changed for you, newest first. Each release keeps everything from the one before and adds to it.

It does more by itself
Jobs can now start on their own when something happens, print without you, and pick up recordings exactly where you left them. Over 40 new features in all.

Run when…
A job can start when a PDF opens, you copy a link or number, a USB drive is plugged in, or a program closes. Limit it to work hours if you like.

Printing that really prints
Print a file or a whole folder on the printer you pick, with no Print box. Printed files move aside so nothing prints twice.

Smarter recordings
Recordings still play back in the right window and wait for busy programs. Now, if the program you used is closed, Routinewheel opens it first, and it starts where you started.

Zip, sort and back up folders, resize pictures, add up copied numbers, and lock the PC or change the volume.

Made for games
Nothing pops up over a full-screen game, and game keys like auto-walk and auto-click work every time, quickly.

Pick Français in Settings and every screen changes at once, with no restart.
Also better: a full check of the app fixed dozens of small problems with files, dates, numbers and automations, and each fix has a test so it stays fixed.

You stay in control
A stronger stop, a keyboard that looks like yours, a check before anything that can't be undone, and recordings that play back the way you made them.

An emergency stop
Press Pause/Break (or Ctrl+Alt+Esc) and a stuck job stops at once and lets go of every key and mouse button.

Playback that follows you
Clicks land in the window you recorded in, even on another screen, and wait until a busy program is ready.

A keyboard like yours
Pick Laptop, 60% or Desk keyboard. Small keyboards show their Fn keys right on each key.

Safer by default
Jobs that send email or delete files check with you once, and deleted files go to the Recycle Bin.
Also better: pause a recording and add more to it later, and many small fixes from testing.

The action wheel
Press Ctrl+Alt+R in any program and pick a job. Excel can have its own wheel, Outlook another.

Record it once
Do the job once and Routinewheel turns it into steps you can read and change, or build it from over forty kinds of step.

Keys, voice and schedules
Give a job its own key, say its name, or run it every weekday at 8:45. Speech is understood on your PC.

No account, nothing sent online, and jobs never type passwords for you.
